Online Support
Online support is available only for our Premium customers within Muscat. To avail of our online support, you have to take our 1-year membership which offers 1-year online support in case of any troubleshooting. For online support, we provide software installation, Driver updates, minor issues like driver conflicts, etc. Once a call is scheduled, our technician explains in detail how he can get access to your pc to repair. (Through Any desk or TeamViewer). After this, all you have to do is sit and relax. Our team will take care of the issues you are facing. This facility enables you to resolve your issues without leaving them in a computer shop for days.
Offline (Onsite) Support
In case there is major trouble, causing your laptop/ Desktop not to function at all (Dead), one of our team members will come and get your laptop. If it’s major trouble, we will have to take it back to our place to “Take it apart” and find the cause of the issue. Identifying the issue, we will send a quote, for the repairs. After your approval, we will proceed with the repairs, and bring it back to your home Alive. We also help in
